English Alongside Tibetan?

Post by Hazel » Sun Jan 05, 2020 12:48 am

Hello,

Does anyone know of a sutra, lamrim text, commentary, etc that has the original Tibetan alongside what the translator chose for a translation? Would be lovely if this was online-accessible (paywall or not).

Thank you
H.

Lotsawa house has all kinds of great stuff.

84000 doesn't seem to provide the Tibetan text, but if you can find an original text you can compare the two.

Thanks folks! That's a great place to start.

Here's a harder one - HH Dalai Lama or other Tibetan Buddhist talks in Tibetan with Tibetan subtitles. I only found one Dalai Lama one by using the CC (closed caption) filter on YouTube, but maybe people know of others off hand?

Are there prominent Tibetan Lamas on YouTube that mostly just speak in Tibetan?
