Sakvala

Having trouble with display at Dhamma Wheel, so I will try here.

1) What is the language of 'sakvala'?

2) Other than the general meaning of 'universe' is there an online article that gives more information about it?
It is not a matter of achieving Bodhi or attaining Buddhahood. Rather, you yourself become aware that your own mind has always been fully enlightened.

Sinhala is the language, cakravāla is the Sanskrit form. Thanks to a bhikkhu over at Dhamma Wheel.
