I'm sorry mudra, my knowledge is not so good. Perhaps someone else could step in?

In the meantime here's another English spelling:

DRO WA NAM = Beings

The reasons I ask is because finding a word in Tibetan dicitionary when you don't know exact spelling takes much longer that in English (prefixes, conjuncted letters, ect).

The course of Losang Thonden shows clearly how to spell, mudra. No problem.

`Increase intellect`.....

This is why I switched from Gelug to Kagyu/Nyingma.
My intellect seemed over-developed for decades and I need retreats to gain insight.

Yes. That was, of course, a phonetic spelling.

Can someone post the Tibetan word for substrate consciousness, aka, subtle mind, or subtle continuum of mental consciousness? What I'm looking for is the Tibetan equivalent to the Sanskrit word alayavijana. I've heard it pronounced and it sounds something like gushi namshi but I'd like to get the official wylie transliteration so I can render it in proper Tibetan script.

Alaya is usually translated as kun gzhi (literally, all ground.) Rnams gzhi would mean ground of everything, but in my limited experience I can't recall seeing that term used.
