'The Art of Esoteric Tibetan Yoga'

Please contact the E-Vam Office for bookings and enquiries.

Please note: Our regular meditation class will be postponed until
next Wednesday May 22nd.

This is a great opportunity to receive teachings and Yoga
instructions from such a world renowned master. 'Lu-Jong' means body
movement/training and is a form of Tibetan tantric yoga. It was
developed in ancient times for practitioners living in remote areas.
Far from medical help, yogis used techniques such as LuJong both for
self-healing and bringing about psychophysical conditions that are
most conducive to spiritual experience. A range of body movements
arose, each working on various subtle channels, winds and parts of
the body to restore balance and clarity.

Lama Pema Dorji Rinpoche is a Yogi in the Nyingma school of Tibetan
Buddhism and was born into a renowned family of Tibetan Yogis. He has
been a student of some of the great Tibetan masters of our time,
including H.H. Dudjom Rinpoche, H.H. Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Chatral
Rinpoche, Chagdud Rinpoche and Trinley Norbu Rinpoche. He is
considered a master of LuJong.

Evening Teachings in Chatham: 15 - 16 May 2013

Weekend Course in Manhattan: 18 - 19 May 2013
In this profound and practical course, Rinpoche will give LuJong
teachings and yoga instructions (LuJong is the term used for Tibetan
Buddhist physical practices). These practices combine chanting,
visualisation and body and breath work designed to help bring balance
and wellness to the body and expand and elevate the mind. Creating an
appropriate physical vehicle for higher spiritual practices is
considered essential to ensure and encourage progress on the
spiritual path. With LuJong practice the practitioner is more able to
open to and connect with their inner wisdom and true nature. Please
wear clothes you can do Yoga in. This course is suitable for
beginners as well as more experienced students. Attendees are
