Inauguration of the Holy Stupa and Dedication Prayer for Peace to the Local Community in Los Angeles
On Friday, February 16th, at 11:00 AM, Nechung Monastery in West Hollywood will hold a special Meditation and Prayer Ceremony to inaugurate the Holy Stupa that they are dedicating to the Los Angeles victims of wild fire and flood, to the fragile Los Angeles environment (earthquake, climate change), and to peace for all local communities in L.A.
Nechung Monastery is the monastery of the official medium of the Dalai Lama, and the main monastery is located in Dharamsala, India. The public is invited to join the monks and Nechung Dharmapala community for this very special event:
