Dear friends,

Lama Henrik is one of the heart students of the Tibetan meditation master Gendün Rinpoche, under whose guidance Lama Henrik spent 16 years of meditation in retreat. He is known for his direct and immediate style of teaching which goes beyond sectarian limitations and captures the essence of the teachings of the Tibetan Buddhism.
