I really liked this book.

I recommend reading a book on hypnosis first, or at least knowing what hypnosis is.

It has helped me to become more aware of my habits and how to alter them with small changes and confidence.

It has also made me more mindful of myself and others.

Every hypnosis book I have read has done this, but this one is special.

The four means of converting beings to the Dharma are generosity (which itself as four aspects: giving material gifts, conferring fearlessness, loving kindness and teaching Dharma), pleasant speech, conduct and setting an example.
