ctors
Costs: 350 €
Programme :
By allowing our mind to settle more and more in this natural clarity in a very
spacious and relaxed way, then what happens is quite extraordinary: we begin to
discover the sky-like nature of our mind.

This in turn brings a certain stability, with which we can face life and the
complexity of the world, with carefree dignity, with composure, ease and humour.

This retreat offers the opportunity to receive a complete introduction to
meditation through the teachings of Sogyal Rinpoche, a world-renowned Buddhist
teacher from Tibet and the author of the highly acclaimed The Tibetan Book of
Living and Dying. Having taught in the West for more than thirty years, Rinpoche
has a remarkable ability to bring together over 2,500 years of Buddhist wisdom
and experience in a way that is authentic, accessible and completely relevant to
today's world.

Under Sogyal Rinpoche's guidance, the retreat will be led by some of his closest
students—Kimberly Poppe, Olivier Raurich and Erric Solomon. Sogyal Rinpoche will
also give teachings live via video streaming. Sogyal Rinpoche is known for his
ability to create an incredible atmosphere of warmth and insight and this is
further enhanced by the natural beauty of the Lerab Ling Retreat center and its
authentic Tibetan style temple and meditation hall.

Participants will be guided step-by-step through the fundamentals of meditation
practice, then, through guided meditation sessions, the teachings will be put
into practice, leading to a profound experience of what meditation really
is.Most importantly, meditation is not something we have to leave behind when we
get up from our cushion. Through the teachings and experience gained from this
retreat, participants will learn how to bring the mindful awareness of
meditation into daily life.
