May all beings be happy.

Post by eddiecj » Fri Nov 16, 2012 5:17 pm

Hi there,

I am a yogi from London, UK.

I mainly practice Thereveda meditation. That said I spent the summer before last living in a monastery in the Himalayas (Mahayana) and trekking to Mt Kailash in Tibet, and my meditation teacher teaches both Thereveda and Mahayana practices.

I have written a blog about my journey to Damma http://www.peacebypeace.co.uk/ which may or may not be interesting.

I run a Buddhist business and regularly go on retreat.

May all beings be happy.
