We follow a spiritual path because we want to defeat our emotions and attain enlightenment, and to achieve that goal we need discipline, guidance and the courage to confront everything we have spent many lifetimes trying to avoid.

Rinpoche's activities have been supported by a number of well known Tibetan teachers including Thinley Norbu Rinpoche, Lama Tharchin Rinpoché and Traleg Rinpoche, as an accomplished Dzogchen practitioner and teacher. I attended his teachings over the past few days at Healesville near Melbourne. I found his teaching style clear and direct, but just being in his presence was more than enough. He will also continue his teachings in the USA this year.
