Many of CHagdud Rinpoche's students, Tsultrim Allione, Anne Klein, Alyce Zeoli, Sarah Harding, Lama Palden, Gudrun, the one who translated the Yeshe Lama and many more.

Why do you ask?

There are many, but the list doesn't include Tibetan women
such as Jetsun Kushok, Khandro Rinpoche (who is a nun but belongs
t a family lineage of ngakpas), Sangyum Kamala
(who visits the west sometimes).

Then there's other westerners--
Akhon Lhamo, Lama Yeshe Wangmo, Sangye Khandro.
Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo, a nun...

Some of the female Lamas are qualified at the highest levels
of study and practice.

Lama Pema and Lama Yeshe, in Ashland, Oregon, at their center, Kagyu Sukha Choling. I'm not sure of their monastic status. Nor do I care, honestly!

Lama Pema and Lama Yeshe, my teachers, are both lay lamas. They teach at Kagyu Sukha Choling, in Ashland, Oregon, as Cone said. They hold both Karma Kagyu and Shangpa Kagyu lineages.
