Liu Xiabo Nobel Peace Prize

Post by ronnewmexico » Fri Oct 08, 2010 4:31 pm

Liu Xiaobo sentenced to 11 years imprisonment in china for making several brief statements against the regime is tocay awarded the nobel peace prize(currently in jail).

China not a communist nation but a totalitarian regime in the guise of one to maintain power surpresses (of course) the news on internet and national media.

Think the western nations will submit proposal for sanctions against china for their cotinual human rights violations......not on your life. Small nations with no power is where those, in todays times, will be centered, when such does not pursue a western agenda.

On another note...china has improved over time. This is a large large thing being held together by twine in seems this china nation. To suceed they must eventually adhere to human rights notions. If not china will fail and enter one more cycle of fragmentation into differing nation states.

Economic prosperity may see the chinese peoples now getting real social reform such as social security for all. We can only hope.
"This order considers that progress can be achieved more rapidly during a single month of self-transformation through terrifying conditions in rough terrain and in "the abode of harmful forces" than through meditating for a period of three years in towns and monasteries"....Takpo Tashi Namgyal.
