The Rinchen Terzod (the Precious Treasury of Terma) is one of the most sacred and important sets of transmissions of the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism. In the Nyingma, or Early Translation School, great masters such as Guru Rinpoche, Vimalamitra, and Vairotsana, among others, gave teachings which were concealed during their own time and later discovered by eminent masters who came between the 11th and 19th centuries.

In the late 19th century, in an effort to save these precious works from permanent obscurity, they were collected into the Rinchen Terzod, comprised of 64 volumes of Tibetan text. This collection was described by the 15th Gyalwang Karmapa as "the quintessence of the ocean-like teachings of the [Awakened Ones], the profound [collection of the Awareness Holders] of the Early Translation School." The empowerment rituals of the Rinchen Terzod are rarely performed, as they take 3-6 months to complete; this cycle of empowerments has only been given once before in the Western world, by Kyabje Penor Rinpoche in 1988.

I know some people can only come partially (including myself), so
people must want to know when they can get what.

This is not formal and official, but I got a text: 'Rinchen Terdzo
empowerments index', which is the sequence it was given traditionally.
Every lama would change a bit, but as far as I know, most of cases are
just small changes.

This index is in Tibetan and Chinese; the index itself is pretty much
just follow the sequence of Rinchen Terdzo text itself.

There are 750ish empowerments in the index, so obviously I can't
translate them all and post here, but I will briefly introduce here:

the great Rinchen Terdzo is separated to three parts: mahayoga,
anuyoga and atiyoga.
the biggest part is mahayoha, was divided to tantra, guru, deity,
dakani, dharma protector and practical texts.

the sequence is:

Alpha: mahayoga
A. tantra --
start with Mingling Vajrasattva and Karmalingpa peaceful and wrathful
100 deities, there are quite several empowerments.

B. three roots ---
all the three roots combined texts.

C. guru ---
this part is huge.
a peaceful guru ----
1. dharmakaya form: such as famous Guru Chowang Lama sangdu
2. sambhodakaya form: not too many, but some
3. nirmakaya form: vast text! a lot of guru rinpoche empowerments. and
some other lama's guru practice
b wrathful guru---
all wrathful guru rinpoche

D. deities ---
divided in 8 heruka style:
a Manjusri : body:
1. peaceful manjusri
2. wrathful yamandaka
3. very wrathful yamandaka
b. Lotus : speech
1. peaceful amidabha, amitayu and avalokesrivara --- also very vast,
a lot of texts.
2. wrathful Hayagriva
3. very wrathful black hayagriva

c. mind
d. quality
e. karma
h so on and so on

E. dakini---
from Tara to all dakini. quite some texts but not as many as C and D

F dharma protectors
some texts but less than E

G pratical texts
oh, this is the confusing part :)
there are a lot of texts here, divided with different 'usage', but you
can find all the thing people want here: medicine buddha, manjusri,
kurukule, Jambala, this and that...
and hundreds of empowerments, but they all tend to be shorter, so
beware when you count the dates.

not many empowerments here

there can be quite some empowerments, but seems some lama tend not to give all. some empowerments in this chapter are kept for qualified

hope this would help!
p.s., again, I need to say that this is not official claim from ODD. I can't take responsibility for your mis-schedule LOL

ODD sent an email which contains some information I think not very accurate. (they said Longchen Nyingthig and Chokling Tersar interspereded in Rinchen Terdzo completely)
And here is my reply to it, in case anyone would be interested.

I don't know if anyone will read this and if you will correct the information base on this, but just offer some of my knowledge.

Longchen Nyingthig and Chokling Tersar are interspered in Rinchen Terdzo a lot, but surely not 'completely.'

Longchen Nyingthig has quite several empowerments and teaching, only part of them included in Rinchen Terdzo.
here is the list:

empowerments included
Rindzin Dupa yes
Dunga Rangdrol no
Kagye Deshe dupa no
it's four sub madalas no
Drakpo Tachung yes
yumka dechen gyalmo yes
sengdongma no
Zhi Tro no
Dorje sempa no
Yangsang lama yes or not, depends
dharma protectors partially

For the other many literatual texts of Longchen Nyingthig, only Ngondro included in Rinchen Terdzo, but Rinpoche is not giving LUNG, so it won't be transmitted either.

The same case about Chokling Tersar, there are 40 volumes in Chokling Tersar, obviously it can't be all included. probably only 30% included. (it's already a lot, considering we also have many other tertons had to be put in Rinchen terdzo)

The Dilgo Khyentse version of Rinchen Terdzo includes the whole Longchen Nyingthig, but I don't think Rinpoche is giving that version otherwise we can go til March.

If people want Longchen Nyingthig, probably they need to request it separately. For Chokling Tersar, firstly I am not sure if Rinpoche has recieved the full one, secondly it's also very big amount.
Anyway, I believe Rinchen Terdzo is pretty enough, however, it might be better to not let people mistakenly think they can practice all Longchen Nyingthig or Chokling Tersar cycle after recieve Rinchen Terdzo. They still need to carefully check what they have recieved.

Some people have inquired about the Longchen Nying Thig & Chokling Tersar transmissions. In general, they are completely interspered throughout the Rinchen Terzod, sometimes several bestowed together. However, we have learned that a Longchen Nying Thig wang & several Chogyur Lingpa empowerments will be offered tomorrow, Monday, 12/13/10.

If you go to http://www.orgyendorjeden.org you'll find a list of the empowerments given thus far, updated every few days...and you'll also find a link to an index of the empowerments previously given to the Sakyong. ODD is following that list, generally....with a few variations.

It's true that the entire LongNying and Chokling Tersar are not included, but very significant portions are...there's more than enough there for beginning students, and for advanced students, too. I believe Tigle Gyachen may be given today, in fact.

"Absolute Truth is not an object of analytical discourse or great discriminating wisdom,
It is realized through the blessing grace of the Guru and fortunate Karmic potential.
Like this, mistaken ideas of discriminating wisdom are clarified."
- (Kyabje Bokar Rinpoche, from his summary of "The Ocean of Definitive Meaning")
