Hi

Hey all

Just a quick intro, I am a aussie guy in his early 30's. I'm here because I have suffered from depression and anxiety all my life and I believe I have reached the end of the road as far as what psychiatry can offer me.
I started to get into buddhism a few years back and found it provided me with a lot of peace...however I didnt keep it up. This time I am going to do things differently
