Simple little guidance, whether useful by this way, depends on own mind...May it benefit.

All is much easier in the presence.

Very appreciated reminder, Dharma to merge into daily life.
Then the post here above to calm the wild galopping horse-mind can offer some support as well.

*Thank you very much for sharing.* :namaste:

Thank you to remind on the sacredness of all to see the delusion of our opinions, judgements about 'what is not our self' and by which devotion-compassion is lost. Courage, courage to embrace all in order to lose the duality, which opens then all embracing devotion-compassions' vastness.
The richness of the spiritual world, is showing it is not the world we must purify or change but our own perception only. Whatever happens or seems to happen.
The methodical spiritual powers to purify this perception are not in the domain of the thinking mind.

No, I am not drunken or smoked something, just grateful.

Faith. :buddha1:

I wanted to point out that he pauses for about 3.5 minutes starting at 30:05. I happened to be at this one and you could have cut the vibrations with a knife at that point.

Thank you for posting this. It is very lovely.

Towards the end he says (regarding our own neurosis) that all we have to do is learn to not react, learn to not try and control the situation and learn not to blame.

Such good advice.....
I am well aware of my idiocy. I am also very aware that you too are an idiot. Therein lies our mutuality.

I am listening here to what you posted Dzogchungpa, stopped a while now just to say how great to mention the illusion of any form of discrimination. The untouchables were as welcome as everyone by the Buddha. Of course, whether Untouchable or President or Queen, all what is added on our 'pure consciousness' is not what we are and is artificial. As pure consciousness, there are no any discriminations possible.

Dicrimination by class, skin colour, religion, age, national origin, species, whatever....

Also, it is all between our two ears, yeah man! Nowhere else!

_/\_ :thanks:
