I did not make the decision lightly at all. A number of auspicious things lined up perfectly which led to me making the decision to take the teachings.

Ah man I love Pagosa Springs. As a younger man I used to go there with my girlfriend (now wife) on road trips from Albuquerque. I want to do nothing but hang out in a hot pool there for like a week.

Enjoy man, sounds like a blast, I'll actually be in Albuquerque soon, but it doesnt compare.

The hot springs are awesome.

I just spent a couple of hours at The Healing Waters.

Next time i will grab a couple.

I didn't bring the camera cause i didn't want to get it wet, but I guess it's no big deal.

Also, the spring I visited is a pool that is just fed by a hotspring, so it's appearance is not very exotic.

The weather every day was perfect. And on the last day there was a light snow (just a few inches) and I drove away in snow.

Thank you. I was near "the real" South Park today (Fairplay Colorado) and I stopped for lunch. At a cafe in that small mountain town, which is not much different from my own, I got served chilli by a dakini, and it was amazing.

Looks like you had a great road trip. Which reminds me of the time I took a Greyhound bus from LA to Memphis for a teaching on the Heart Sutra. Not such a nice trip, but I learned a lot...on a broiling bus stranded in the Arizona desert with a bunch of misfits.

Both. I learned form is emptiness, emptiness is form, thus take no Greyhound bus across the country unless you enjoy being stuck helpless in Samsara.
