Top tip.
Coconut milk added to any vegan dish towards the end of cooking makes it much easier to scrape off into the bin.

Tonight I am eating a Linda McCartney pie.
OK, I had to dig her up first, but my nutritionist told me to eat Vegan, so who am I to argue.

You should hang beef a few days before eating it, so I imagine burying a vegan for 10 years would do wonders for the flavor.

Depends if you are Aghori. Well hung is certainly best...so my wife tells me. And she has catered to thousands so would know.

BBQ Tempeh sandwich from the local vegan cafe "Green Bar and Kitchen". Highly recommended if you are ever in South Florida. Note, the "bar" is a juice bar not an alcohol bar.

'well hung' and 'catering to' are double-entendres.
It's my British humour.
Off topic but saw an advert from Georgian days advertising the services of Amerkin lady...as in prostitute, not an American. I don't eat merkins for breakfast, that's for sure!

Lunch in 30C heat and high humidity, with extended family visiting encouraging us to make it a bit fancier than usual:
Moroccan-style salad of pomelo, black olives, red onion and coriander. The original recipe uses oranges but our neighbour gave us a couple of pomelo and they worked fine. The coriander was sawtooth coriander from our garden (the other kind goes to seed in what seems like minutes so we gave up on it).
Greek-style salad of lettuce, tomato, feta, tuna, green olives and halved hard-boiled eggs. (Greg will tell us whether it has any resemblance to a real Greek salad, I'm sure, but it's what Aussie restaurants serve as "Greek salad."
Green bean and flaked almond salad, ancestry unknown.
Ham.
Bread and butter.
Banana walnut bread made with sugar bananas from our garden.
Fresh mango.
Coffee.

How about it Greg give us your favorite Greek salad?
Re: What Did You Eat Today ?
Ate out yesterday..buttermilk fried rabbit with french fries and a delicious slaw and a really punchy and garlicky aioli. This was in a 'gastropub'* in Oxford, full of students and their visiting families..very animated and noisy!
* Gastropubs are a fairly recent U.K. invention. They are pubs, but with restaurant standard food and a proper chef. The good ones are good. The bad ones a ripoff.

The term is new to me. The phenomenon isn't.
Is the UK also suffering an infestation of baristas these days, or are we alone in this?

Then, the monks uttered this gāthā:
These bodies are like foam.
Them being frail, who can rejoice in them?
The Buddha attained the vajra-body.
Still, it becomes inconstant and ruined.
The many Buddhas are vajra-entities.
All are also subject to inconstancy.
Quickly ended, like melting snow --
how could things be different?
The Buddha passed into parinirvāṇa afterward.

Re: What Did You Eat Today ?
I had a piece of sprouted grain sesame seed toast (extra crunchy), with Marmite
At first i put a microscopic layer...then i added a little more...it reminded me of strong cheddar cheese....the texture is like a thick honey....you could probably use it for glue...haha....anyways....i still like it ! Am i officially a Brit now ?
Do you refrigerate after opening ? (I did.) I can't see anything on the label that says one way or another....
