Did you have a hard time getting used to it? Do you ever have a hard time staying on it? (Do you cheat? )
Yes, it took a while to get used to, which is why I was over-weight the first few years on the One-Meal plan. And yes, I did cheat, eating some crackers or snacks at night on occasions. But now, I don't cheat at all, eat around 2,000 calories (large meal, but not too large) or so and maintain my ideal weight.
