What is the Dharani mantra for Vajrakilaya?

I don't think there is a Vajrakilaya dharani as dharanis are from sutras and Vajrakilaya is a HYT yidam.

For those who do virtuous actions,
goodness is what comes to pass.
For those who do non-virtuous actions,

Garchen Rinpoche was just teaching about the three kinds of mantras for Vajrakilaya, and dharani was the third and it was translated as '100 syllable mantra' but was not recited.

All major HYT deities have their own version of 100 syllable mantra of Vajrasatva for purification, maybe it was that?

it is the so called " razor mantra" the long, wrathful "liberation" mantra

Seems like it. It can be found at the end of the Ratna Lingpa Vajrakilaya sadhana, I believe. You'll see it as multiple pages of mantra and no english translation.
